This is my movie review of the Wolf of Wall Street

 

This movie is three hours, not two hours and 45 minutes, not two hours and 55 minutes a solid three hours. I think we need to start off with that. Just so you know what you're getting yourself into before you start watching this movie. The Wolf of Wall Street is crude, rude, full of naked women, sex and drugs. So it sounds like the perfect movie right? Here's the thing The Wolf on Wall Street is about one hour too long, it could of easily been summed up in 2 hours. Believe it or not the story didn't drag too much, it's just kept going on and on. With big name actors like Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill this movie brought great comical moments. This movie shows the audience that too much can be too much. When they start stealing money from the port it was light and funny, it soon became dark and uncomfortable. A cautionary tale about greed is pre trade well, but stays for a little bit too long for The Wolf on Wall Street.
