I WILL SHARE DAILY fIVE TIPS OF LIFE.
Today my tips are as follows
1.^^^^ Its one of my favorite . its healthy and useful at the same time.one thing i like about this one is that this exercise have effect on your body externally and internally. internally its on brain and externally it can reduce your weight. its also beneficial in islamic point of view. like a smile in islam is a good deed. 30 minutes a day is nothing. health is wealth.
2.^^^ sit in silence for few minutes. think about your life, think am i going on a correct track. think about purpose of life or just sit and enjoy the silence. its good if you do it in open air
3. ^^^ well everyone knows this one . like how vegetables and fruits are good for life. mommy and doctors always try to tell you that. and they both think of your benafit.
4.^^^^ Green tea is good for health. it was use in ancient time as a medicine, it have many benefits. i think every one should make it a habit to drink a tea after a dinner.
5^^^ well it is very easy to make some one cry, and its very difficult to make some one smile.
