Dear friends, Good evening how are you all? I just finished my walking post dinner.There are many advantage of walking and basically if you walk after dinner
it will consume your more calories and digest the food efficiently so when you go to bed your stomach is empty and there are no chances of saturated fat to be developed and make your belly fat.Also when you are tired you get sleep easily and no need for other means to invite sleep.Evening walk in park also gives freshness and after that when you take a bath you feel more relaxed and all your tiredness becomes zero .
