We are what we eat!

Well today my energy is low, really really low.

So i will show you what i eat to get energy.

So the ingredients are:

1 banana

1 tablespoon of whole oats

3 tablespoon of whole wheat

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 nonfat yogurt

 

The chia seeds, for who don't know, are a great source of vitamins, it contains ómega 3, proteins, phosphorus and other good viatmins. I take atleast one tablespoon of it everyday, but always mixed with yogurt, because it doens't has any flavour.

 

So i mix all the ingredients on my sweet cup :D As you can see

 

And it's really a boost of energy, It makes me full and with enerfy for atleast 2h30
