Hey!  It’s Kiran Abid with another content. Most of the people around me are going through overweight. My classmate often asks me to tell any remedy regarding weight loss. So, this content is basically for all those friends. In this, I m going to elaborate the easy way of weight reduction. 

What is meant by overweight?

"Being overweight is having more body fat than is optimally healthy. Being overweight is especially common where food supplies are plentiful and lifestyles are sedentary."

 Overweight means having extra weight than the normal size of a person. An overweighted person has extra fats that are not good at all or him. It makes your body unfit, dull and damaged. Overweight can cause you several problems.

Most of the people among us are suffering from overweight issues. It’s the most serious problem that is often seen, but we don’t take it on our head. Overweight is a disease itself that invites all other diseases to attack our body. All of us are use too of considering that, it’s not a disease. We imagine that we will get well with time soon. But it starts damaging us from the head to the toe. It can cause you: 

• Heart problems

• Hypertension

• Increased cholesterol level

• Depression etc.

How to reduce weight?

Weight loss is one of the very difficult tasks because we have to put a lot of effort in getting into normal size. You need to do a lot of:

• Exercises, for long hours.

• Diet, that takes you miles away from food.

Remedies, that are so difficult to repeat each day.

• Keep yourself hungry for long hours.

It's such a difficult task to do all these things. You will be irritated after doing long warm-ups and starving diet and come back to the same alarming routine in just 2-3 days. It's very hard to burn all the extra fats from our body without effort. You will have to follow a strict schedule for making yourself normal.

 

An easy way to Reduce weight

But don’t worry…I m going to tell you guys an easy way to reduce your extra weight. You really don’t need to go to the gym for exercises neither you need to follow a starving diet schedule. I will tell you how to reduce your weight by food. What can be that easy to reduce weight by eating.  Don’t need to take aside from food.

Just eat the food what is good for the health and body system. Avoid that food that contains a lot of calories and fats. Eat healthy food which fulfills the calories requirement of your body. Every type of food item has its own impact on our body, every food item contains different amount of calories all depends on its nature. Now you must be thinking that which type of food is that which is good for health and also not have fats. These types of food items are easily available in our kitchen.

The food items that help you to reduce weight include:

 

**Cucumber**

"Cucumber is a widely cultivated plant in the gourd family, Cucurbitaceae. It is a creeping vine that bears cucumiform fruits that are used as vegetables."

Cucumber is a great food. It’s one of the best foods that we are gifted with. High in nutrients and low in calories is the best feature of cucumber. Or Not only good for weight loss but also have certain health benefits. These types of eatables fulfill all the needs of calories by nutrients.

Eating as much amount of cucumber can never harm you. Eating plenty of cucumbers dehydrates your body because it contains a rich content of water within it. This water content of cucumber burn all the extra fats from your body. In this way, cucumber proves to be such food which helps you overcome the weight issues.

 

**Whole Eggs**

Whole eggs were said to be high-calorie food, which increases your weight tremendously. That was a wrong belief or can be said as a rumor on which all of us believe without researching it. But today the research revealed that whole eggs are the best food for daily intake and for weight loss. Eggs are rich in proteins and contain all types of essential nutrients. Eggs have only healthy fats which are good for your body. Having only a single egg each day can control your appetite. You will never feel hungry because all the needs of calories are completed by it.

 

**Leafy green vegetables**

As all of us are well familiar with the benefits of green vegetables. Vegetables are the best thing that you can include in your diet to be healthy. Besides all the benefits of vegetables, they are also a source of weight reduction. They own several properties that make them perfect for weight loss.

One of the best features of vegetables, they are low in both calories and carbohydrates but filled with fiber. In this way, all the green vegetables help you to increase the volume of your meal by keeping the calories amount suitable. Vegetables are high in nutrition and all other minerals and vitamins. It contains calcium which is the best fat burning item.

**Salmon**

Salmon is one of the well-renowned food items. Salmon is an oily fish that is incredibly healthy. It is featured by all the basic nutrients needed by our body with low calories. It is much satisfying food that makes you full for many hours with a very less amount of calories. Salmon is filled with high-quality proteins and healthy fats that are beneficial for the body. The seafood or fish you eat contain a rich amount of iodine in it. I this way, iodine help for the proper functioning of the thyroid gland. It also helps your metabolism to run fast. So, salmon proves to be much beneficial in all aspects.

Some oily fishes include:

• Trout

• Sardine

• Herring etc.

 

**Apple cider  vinegar**

"Apple cider vinegar, otherwise known as cider vinegar or ACV, is a type of vinegar made from cider or apple must and has a pale to medium amber color. Unpasteurized or organic ACV contains mother of vinegar, which has a cobweb-like appearance and can make the vinegar look slightly congealed."

Apple cider vinegar is the most famous food item in the cost of health. It occupies a number of health benefits. It is used for different purposes. One of the advantages of this includes weight loss. Even drinking dilute apple cider vinegar can cause a rapid decrease in weight in just a few months. It makes your digestive system better by overcoming all obesity related problems.

 **Boiled potatoes**

Potatoes are often used as a synonym of fat or something that make you fatty like a potato. But it’s a wrong terminology. Potatoes do not cause weight increment whether they are helpful in weight loss. Boiled potatoes are tasteless that’s why all of us avoid them.

But besides that, it’s a perfect meal both for ideal health and weight loss. It contains all the necessary nutrients like potassium. Potassium is often ignored by the people but by boiled potatoes, potassium can be added to your diet. By eating boiled potatoes you will feel full and eat less other heavy food items. In this way, it helps you in weight loss.

 

**Nuts**

Nuts are famous for their high fats and energy. Nuts are rich in fats but they are not fattening. Nuts contain an excellent amount of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. It provides you all the things but having them in extra amount can take its healthy benefits to defaults. Eat them only in an adequate amount. It’s a very good snack that improves your metabolic rate and causes weight loss. Nuts provide you energy for the whole day. Make you active all the time.

**Fruits**

Fruits are one of the most healthy options. All of us agree with the benefits fruits occupy. A person which include fruits in his meals daily will be more energetic and healthier than the ones who did not eat fruits. A variety of fruits are available, each with different vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Fruits are much beneficial in reducing weight. All fruits are rich in nutrients with low calories. Eating fruits proved to be effective for all of us to weight loss.

All the fruits are healthy but some most beneficial among them include:

• Orange

• Apple

• Grapefruit etc.

 

**Some whole Grains**

Grains are in a wrap of weight increasing food items. Some grains increase you weight tremendously but despite that, some of the grains are also good for our body. Some of the whole grains are rich in fiber with an adequate amount of proteins which is good for our body. If you are working for weight loss, avoid processed grains because they are harmful to you. Choose the right grains from all those fattening items.

Eat whole grains like:

• Brown rice

• Oats
