Who is DD4BC?

According to BitcoinBountyHunter.com, this is a person who hacks websites. DD4BC threatens the community with DDOS extortion, blackmailing and slander. So far, DD4BC attack websites related to bitcoin including BTC-Stack. 

BitcoinBountyHunter has a bounty of 110BTC.

I read from the board about this is to advise people with information to report it to the authorities before collecting the bounty.

I hope BTC-Stack admin don't cave in to DD4BC's demands.
