Many people are fighting depression, anxiety and other sorts of "mental illnesess" they get, just because they don't believe in themselves.
The problem is probably in the 8-hour workday too, where you work 8 hours, and you come home so tired that you just can't do anything but lie down. The most conversations you have is with your coworkers, and you never get time for yourself.
