Yummy Chicken Liver fry recipe
I love chicken liver fry and this is really delicious and tasty one. So I like to share this with you all.
Chicken liver 300 grams
Onion 1 finely chopped
Tomatoes 1 chopped
Oil 3 tablespoon
Green chills finely chopped 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoon
Red chili powder as you’re wise
Salt as per test
Garam masala powder ½ teaspoon
First clean chicken liver then mix red chilli powder and salt. Take a pan and add oil to heat, then onion and green chilli into the pan, fry till light brown color. Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste cook for 6 minutes. Now add chicken liver and mix it well. Cook for 20 minutes. Then add garam masala powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat and Cover your pan 10 minutes. Then serve chicken liver fry with Bread or rice.
