Miguel Torresblanco, President of WHITE TOWERS PRODUCTIONS was born in Mexico City. He has a bachelor degree in communications and 20 years of experience working for the Film and Television Industries. Torresblanco has lived in the United States since 1990, in the Los Angeles area, where he has worked as producer for HBO OLE, he has also done freelance work for NBC and CNN as News Editor and as technical director for KMEX of the Univision Network, there he achieved a regional EMMY award in the category of News Editing. After eleven years working for TV stations and doing free lance work for different Networks and Independent Production Companies he decided to open one company of their own, WHITE TOWERS PRODUCTIONS, mostly focused in the production of documentaries and reality video, but not limited to them, this production house has also produced commercial ads and other advertising related jobs. Among the most satisfactory work is the production of the "Making of" for the feature film "Pan's Labyrinth". The "Making of Pan's Labyrinth" was distributed world wide and was an important promotional tool for the film, which subsequently made three Academy Awards, a first for a Spanish spoken film. During the production of the video Miguel Torresblanco had the opportunity of collaborating directly with
acclaimed Film director Guillermo del Toro.
