DESCRIPTION

The 2nd human right film festival was held at Estiqlal high school which is named as the French cultural center in Kabul with collaboration of (UNAMA) the United nation assistance mission in Afghanistan, The Netherland embassy in Kabul, Afghan film and a number of domestic and international institutions who work for human rights. In this festival, eight films, out of 380 films, received the trophy for the best films of the festival.
