Film Annex Founder and President, Francesco Rulli, talks about the latest updates on Film Annex's Afghan Development Project. After building the first Internet classroom at the Baghnazargah high school near Herat, Afghanistan, Film Annex and Citadel finished the construction of the second Internet classroom at the Houz-e-Karbas School on Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012.

Rulli also talks about the branding process in the Afghan Development Project, introduces a new software that enables students to take online exams called Examer, and explains how the Mobile Micro Payment supported by USAid system works to help the students in Afghanistan.

Rulli goes on to explain the Afghan Business Incubator and how it will change the economy and the education system of Afghanistan.
