The half-Dutch, half-Tunisian director Alex Pitstra talks about his new film, Die Welt, which screened at the New Directors/New Films festival in New York City (March 2013). Having been compared to Quentin Tarantino, Pitstra is a breath of fresh air in the independent film scene.
