First go to http://giphy.com and then click on create.There are two option first video Gifmaker and 2nd slideshow.If you want to make video gifmaker then click on video gifmaker and if you want to slideshow maker then click on slideshow maker and upload yours pictures from your computer and click on browse button.When yours images uploaded then chose SET SPEED FOR STILLS.You can yours slideshow speed lower and faster as you wish.

And next step is

ADD CAPTION
