Uploaded on Monday 15 April 2013

DESCRIPTION

It is hard to imagine that 10 years have passed since America’s invasion of Iraq, ridding its people of the Saddam Hussein regime. What is not hard to imagine is the pain and suffering that comes with war… So many lives are lost, military and civilian. But it is the children, the ones left with the debilitating injuries that need us most…They are the future of Iraq and need our help.

Since 2003 the Global Medical Relief Fund has helped many Iraqi children who have lost limbs, eyesight or have been disfigured by this war…

Ahmed, was just seven years old when a bomb exploded and changed his life forever… His story is one of many stories that need to be heard…

People say Ahmed is blind and can’t see… the truth is, he sees more than anyone of us…
