DESCRIPTION
Bluto have a Business and is a Window Washer but he first dirty the building windows to make his disonest cleaning services. These day Popeye wants to clean his own office window and Bluto begins to fight with him and Olive desesperates see the fight on the top of the building but Popeye will take Bluto a lesson to not be disonest anymore.
