It is a circuits training, therefore all routine will repeat 3 times. Each time, the intensity will increase.

This video on Film Annex is NOT a full workout. There's a demonstration on each move, and 1 round of the circuit. Please do the same routine on your own 2 times! Or come to for a full workout routine.
