Hello everyone! Welcome to my 18th Watch Me WIP series! Today, I drew a girl celebrating the National Watermelon Day. I just did a research today and found out that the National Watermelon Day was yesterday, August 3rd! I'm just a day late then.

As you can see on my drawing, the girl is wearing a watermelon themed dress. I don't know if this dress is popular. Probably popular on Japanese kawaii(cute) culture? I first so saw this dress on my favorite Japanese singer, LiSA, when she had her side trip around Singapore after her concert there. I find the dress very cute so I thought of making a drawing out of it. I chose a silver color for the girl's hair and yellow for the eyes, well, just for a change.

For making this drawing, I used my usual tools: G Pen for the outline and Marker Pen for filling colors.

Drawing Software used is Clip Studio Paint PRO.

I chose to make a simpler background this time because less is more! Hehe! So far, I love how my drawing turned out today.
