"With Noone in the World" is one of the movies in the Official Selection of ÉCU 2012. Running away from the cops and bleeding to death, Michael walks into a local pub hoping to stay there until the heat wears off. A meeting with the pub's depressed waitress, Maya, forces Michael to hide his injuries and past. As the night progresses and the couple open up to each other more and more, Michael's wounds begin to grow fatal without Maya ever noticing a thing - giving us a sad tale about love, relationships and how little we know about the people around us.

Fuyant les flics et les saigner à mort, Michael entre dans un pub local en espérant y rester jusqu'à la chaleur se dissipe. Une rencontre avec serveuse déprimée au pub, Maya, les forces de Michael de cacher ses blessures et le passé. Comme la nuit avance et le couple s'ouvrir les uns aux autres de plus en plus, les blessures de Michael commencent à croître mortelle sans maya jamais remarqué une chose - nous donne une triste histoire d'amour, de relations et nous en savons peu sur les gens autour de nous.
