How can save our skin.

Here are some important things which are helpful for saving skin.

1. Save yourself from sunlight, because sunlight consist UVA and UVB rays. That is very dangerous for our skin. Using of sunblock can save us from sunlight rays.

 

 

2. Pay full attention on your diet. Always hear which your mind says not your heart in eating, because hearts wants spicy food.

Avoid spicy food and oily food it cause ulcer in stomach. Also harmful for skin.

3. Drink a lot of water.

Till 18 glass of water is very good for health. According to the doctors water, balanced quantity of water saves from skin diseases. Because of water skin moisturizing maintain their level. So always take one bottle of fresh water, which are professional and cannot pay attention on this.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Take full sleep till 8 hours. Sleeping is as essential as diet is important. Mostly women have seen dark circles on her face near eyes. Its effect show on full face.According to skin specialist, our skin needs rest and peace like other organs.

 

 

Lake of sleep, cause skin diseases, mentally disturbance. That's why must take 8 hours sleep, that is essential for good health avoid late night programs.

 

 

5. Always keep clean your skin. To keep our body fit and healthy, its care and cleanliness are very important. Don't pinch pimple with nails.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Use best soap or face wash, use scrub for cleaning skin.
