Uploaded on Wednesday 11 September 2013

DESCRIPTION

Are movies worse today than in the past? Or are we not looking too closely at how well (or not) they hold together? Popular culture and film critics seem quite lenient towards today’s films, despite Hollywood turning their product in to a disposable commodity. Steve and Ben discuss these issues in context of a few films released in the past two years. The guys also discuss Julian Assange joins the Raindance Film Festival jury, Japan to freeze Fukushima water leaks, heartbeats to become tech identification, and the changes at Microsoft including outgoing CEO Steve Ballmer and the purchase of Nokia.
