Fukushima Lessons Learned?

The United Nations'Atomic Agency or the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) undertook a set of investigations, on-site visits and analysis regarding the causes for the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident after the 2011 Japan earthquake and tsunami. The IAEA is responsible for inspecting nuclear facilities all around the globe of member states. It can also be argued that it has a vested interest in continuing to endorse use of nuclear power regardless of recent experience. Nonetheless, it is also an independent party that could at least provide a critical analysis of what went wrong at least at Fukushima.
