World's most popular church "La Sagrada Familia"

Barcelona has unfinished church of La Sagrada Familia, designed by Antoni Gaudi. It is a tourist place in Barcelona's most famous and get more than 3 million visitors every year, so you will get some queues to see the interior of this church. To see the Sagrada Familia from the outside, it is indeed free, but to look inside you should do 1 hour to queue ticket purchases, and at least 1 hour in the queue will make you tired. Church La Sagrada Familia is one of the most famous buildings in the world and a definite must visit if you are in Barcelona.

 

The building was designed by the famous architect Antoni Gaudi over 100 years ago.

The original foundation stone was laid in 1882. In 2012 the beautiful interior was finally completed and is now open to the public, although outside there are still some that are still under construction. Only 8 towers of 18 tower which is now completed. Sagrada familia church is expected to be completed in 2026 for the 100th anniversary of Gaudi's death in 1926. When Gaudi died in 1926 just Facade birth were completed. Guadi know that the Church will take a long time to be built to be a luxury building. He famously once said, "My client is not in a hurry."
