The park has more species of mammals than any other African reserve, including the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhino), cheetahs, giraffes and more. Unlike other safari parks, the Kruger National Park is a self-drive park with excellent infrastructure and many places to stay inside the park, from tented camps to luxury lodges.
