      Eating a colorful diet with green, red, blue, white and yellow fruits and vegetables makes our body healthy and keeps away from diseases. Keep in mind that all things should be taken in moderation. This was the lesson I have learned today. It is very important to know the nutritional fact of the foods we eat. This way we are guided on what to eat and how much we will eat. Know more about it.

 

Yellow / Orange

Health Benefits: protects immune system, vision and heart health.

Good Sources: corn, melon, mangoes, oranges, grape fruit, carrots, sweet potatoes, squash

Blue / Purple

Health Benefits: maintains urinary tract health and promotes memory function
