CHAPTER 14

The night is cold here in Dublin Ireland and we bundle up in our warmest clothing and wrap our shoulders with soft fur and wear the warmest spider hats- both male and female. The cold and chilly October night wind make us breathe thick fog through our mouth and nostrils. We escapade to and fro to different places; we sip the delicious wine from the spider goblets while we window shop the store windows of the market, the furniture, bakery and the clothing store. We are impressed by the fabulous wardrobes display inside the store window and for a brief period we envisioned the fancy clothes on ourselves. Smoothly and with careful movement we danced through the quiet streets gaily and on to the other parts of Dublin Ireland while continuing to hold our spider Goblets that's half-filled with delicious dark-red strawberry wine and we make small talk along the way, keeping our voices low. We ended our journey in the park that looked so much like a creepy, enchanted forest, or garden of Eden.

The park contained two Victorian benches, one at each end of the park and the park was a small place but breathtakingly beautiful. There we all talked more, standing around in our finest attire as if we were at a fancy dinner party. This time more of us had come up through the man holes into DUBLIN IRELAND. ADA SICARIIDAE started up a very interesting conversation with Ruby Lucas, two female elder spiders. The ladies looked lovely in their elegant evening gowns.

"Ruby darling, just imagine us spiders celebrating Halloween down in Nor Marie?" she remarked rather in a pickified manner, sly old devil of a woman.

"I think your imagination is running a bit wild ADA SICARIIDAE. We both know that Halloween in our country is traditionally known as Beltane, and, it is in October and that's in the fall. In Nor Marie it's summer all the time." Ruby Lucas responded as if ADA SICARIIDAE'S voice itself bothered her.

"Now Ruby Lucas there is nothing wrong with a little imagination." ADA SICARIIDAE replied in a fast tongue.

"Oh go ahead and imagine celebrating Halloween in Nor Marie all you want ADA darling I don't care one tiny bit..." she mouthed full of it.

The strawberry wine was starting to take an effect on her.

"Just make sure it's a party with plenty of the finest in food and all the best wine, and I'm there." Ruby Lucas chuckled delighted.

A minute after we drank the last of the wine in the spider goblet we began settling in the trees. The Victorian benches was of great beauty but we would rather hang out in the trees because we are spiders and that's what spiders do. Down in Nor Marie in the late evenings we assembled deep inside the forest, we sat high in the tree tops of the forest and some of us sat in the middle of the trees and others sat nearer to the lower part of the trees seeming as if they were suspended in mid-air; hanging from an invisible string. We were supported by a spider web, except no one could see it because we used the signaling-snare technique of a web without spinning a web at all. We positioned ourselves on the thinnest tree limbs and in between the trees lazily and we sipped from the spider goblets every now-and-then, chit chatting or gossiping one to another about the happening in Nor Marie and Dublin Ireland like we were in the lounge of a club or just hanging out.

There is a different signature spider wine goblet for each of us; the WALCKENAER'S goblet are midnight black and bright red on the inside with a blood red lining around the top of the goblet and the SICARIIDAE'S goblet are a deep chipmunk brown and a bright golden yellow on the inside with a dark creamy, caramel brown lining around the top of the goblet. The TROMBICULA'S goblet is the color of sandy brown with a pale wheat coloring on the inside and a creepy banana yellow lining around the top of the goblet. The THERIDIIDAE'S spider goblet is the color of the American earth globe with a dark, grass green color on the inside and a ghostly white lining around the top of the goblet. The Lucas's spider goblet is a beautiful distinctive yellow and black butterfly color and a pitch black color on the inside with a fall gold lining around the top of the goblet. The last name of each spider family is engraved on their spider goblet in creepy spaghetti handwriting, the color is different for each goblet.... the WALCKENAER is written in blood red, SICARIIDAE is written in dark, creamy caramel brown, TROMBICULA is written in creepy banana yellow, THERIDIIDAE is written in ghostly white and Lucas is written in creepy spaghetti fall gold.

The way in which we positioned ourselves inside the trees of the forest is creepy. The forest is one of our most favorite spot for a hang out, for now, we'd find other spots to hang out at. The forest is a good place to seek refuge in and it is peaceful for now. There is no more bother from the southern white spirit vampires and spider hoped they'd never return to our country again.
