Anemia mean deficiency of red blood cells below normal or decreased hemoglobin concentration below normal

 

TYPES:
1)Blood Loss Anemia: 

in this type red blood cells decrease below normal due to blood loss from the body

 

 

 

2)Aplastic anemia: 

 in this type of anemia red blood cells deficiency occurs due to lack of a functioning bone marrow

 

 

3)Megaloblastic anemia: 

 in this type of anemia red blood cells are not of normal shape  and functions but abnormally large with odd shapes called Megaloblasts

 

 

 

4)Hemolytic anemia:

 Hemolytic anemia results from excessive destruction of red blood cells due to abnormalities in their sizes and shapes
