Bitlanders need to rethink entire writing platform

Posted on at

Bitlanders provides a method to encourage individuals to write and edit their own works.

The problem is that the work actually involves many subtasks, for which various members are specialized, but for which few members actually perform all the subtasks efficiently.  Bitlanders would therefore promote much more efficient projects by increasing the platform by which Bitlanders work on projects jointly.  They need structure to form teams, allocate tasks, and to share and distribute project revenue.

Journalism is a team product.  To treat journalism product as resulting primarily from individuals competing with each other sacrifices most of the productivity.  That is why Bitlanders has everybody trading buzz instead of writing.

It is is time for Bitlanders to stop trying to figure out how to slow down and decrease the creative output of members... and to promote increase... and to figure out better ways to profit from that output... it is time to set the giant free...
