D-12 is a CDA sector which is stalled for the past 10 years. It is stopped on three main roads just because of some land grabbers. Various times Directorate of Enforcement has taken action but by the involvement of some officials from various departments including police the possession could not be taken over.
This time the Enforcement team under the leadership of Director Enforcement Mr Malik Azhar along with Land Staff, Police and District Administration hand picked team and decided to get possession and start work on the incomplete roads.
It is brought to the notice that private housing societies have always sponsored people to make CDA sectors fail so that their own societies earn profits. Despite their efforts the CDA teams launched an operation and started working on the roads.
Locals tried to resist as expected but the SHO Golra Tanveer Abbassi and Magistrate Mr Hadi assisted CDA with full sincerity. Soon people from D-12 also joined CDA and helped them in taking over possession and start construction work
Credit goes to the new Director Enforcement Mr Malik Azhar and his team. It is expected that service road east will be completed with in one week and then work will start on service road west.
