Bouncer Chronicles spies saw celebrity chef Todd English dancing and partying last week with 2 hot women at Omar's in the West Village. Our sources said English was on his best behavior, looked very happy and was not sloppy drunk.

That was a big difference from when English was spotted and photographed back in March sloppy drunk with 3 topless women in a hot tub.
