In Jombang, East Java, there is one chicken slaughterhouse or the RPA on the built since 1998 and continues to grow rapidly until today. Thousands of chickens every day cut in this RPA.

In the evisceration room, the employee in charge of cutting the head, throw the entrails and cut the chicken legs. For cutting chicken legs is done automatically by the cutting machine. The abdomen such as the intestines, liver, gizzard, heart and the legs are then sold separately from the chicken body.

The next process is soaking chicken body in the machine named schroechiller. Soaking aimed at two things, first to clear debris stuck in the chicken blood. Soaking time about 5 minutes. Which both cool the chicken with a temperature of 5 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes, so will inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.

Once drained of immersion, chickens were weighed one by one. Lastly, pack the chickens into the plastic. PRA also produces boneless chicken. This product is sold ranging from Rp 33,000 per kilogram, or follow the market price. Sales were already up to the rest of Indonesia.

The advantage of buying a chicken carcass or chicken that has been cleaned and cut without head, entrails and legs are safer and healthier because processed directly without chemicals, free of borax, formalin, and bird flu because it is always routinely detected in laboratory Animal Husbandry Department of East Java Province and it is definitely more awake protein content.
