Chicken Reshmi Kabab (BBQ)


Chicken Mince 1 Kg
Ginger Garlic Paste ¼ Cup
Green Chilies + Fresh Coriander (Chopped) ½ Cup
Onions (Fine Chopped) ½ Cup
Special Masala 
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) 1 Tbsp
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) ¼ Tsp
Coriander Whole 1 Tbsp
Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
Salt 1 Tbsp
Yellow Butter 100 Gms
Cream ¼ Cup
Gram Masala Powder ½ Tsp
Eggs (Optional) 1


Chicken Mince Fine Process

Grind together roasted cumin seeds, Carom seeds and coriander whole. Take chicken mince in a bowl and all the ground ingredients like chicken mince, green chilies, fresh coriander, onions and ginger garlic paste. Before chop this mixture well in chopper remove water from the mince properly with the help of a net cloth. Now add in seekh kebab spice, red chili powder, red crushed chilies, special masala, butter, salt, yellow food colour cream and gram masala powder. Mix well and leave it for 20 minutes. Shape the mixture into seekh kebabs.


Cook on a hot coal steel grilling while brushing with a little oil. Serve hot with onion rings and chutney.

Cook Time: 20 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
