Confessions of "killer with a conscience"

Patricia Anne Tamez, 29, had a hard life, full of waves. Tamez drug. She had to prostitution to fund satisfy their addictions. Tamez had spent a long time living in a mental hospital for psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation combined. Drugs Tamez led turnaround, from a quick student becomes a dapper drug addict and prostitution. For Tamez, the drug is now her only ambition.
On 10/22/1998, Tamez needed money to buy drugs, she came to the intersection of 6 in Victorville, California to find customers. After a few hours looking around, a truck driver had noticed Tamez. He stopped his black car by the roadside and looked at the output with Tamez talk. Tamez rapid climb of this vehicle. The car sped toward the highway nearby. That was the last time they saw Tamez alive.
By the following evening, two security guards of the California water plants while on patrol discovered something was floating in sewer bobbing near the pump station. Both staff approached carefully checked, they were appalled when it was discovered the corpse of a woman's body without her clothes. Police quickly notified about the incident.
Identifying victims were taken ashore quickly. Victims still quite young. Her breasts were covered slitting knives. Someone killed her hand and then push down the drain conceal evidence properly.
An autopsy said the victim had multiple injuries before being killed. The marks on the victim showed that she had been tied up, raped and beaten in the head a few blows with a blunt object. The killer was savagely incision on the chest with the knife, strangling her to death.
The victim was identified as Patricia Anne Tamez, 29-year-old girl went missing the day before.
While searching for traces in the area around the scene, around the upper area, police discovered a bloody towel, girls clothes, a .22 caliber pistol. There is no trace of the perpetrator.

The case does not seem to have any details regarding the offender, the suspect until police find to date.
