Conor McGregor Pulled From UFC 200!

According to Bouncer Chronicles UFC fighter Conor McGregor appeared to be retired early in the week. McGregor said today he still wants to fight in UFC 200 just on his terms. He stated "I am proud to fight. I am not yet paid to promote. I have become lost in the game of promotion and forgot about the art of fighting."

Other sticking points for UFC 200 were financial issues. The UFC featherweight champion apparently wanted $10 million dollars to fight at UFC 200 which would have been the highest payday in UFC history. The UFC declined his number so he retired. TMZ agreed that McGregor has officially been removed from UFC 200 and we might not see him in the Octagon for a while.

Dana White told Fox Sports "Conor needs to clear up this whole retirement thing, and clear it up fast, because if he retired then Jose Aldo and Frankie Edgar are fighting for a vacant title at UFC 200.
