Workers of a communication company set up aerial cables without any assistance or protection in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, this Wednesday.
To quickly finish setting up the extra cable, the workers skipped protocol and got to work with a worker setting up the aerial cable by gliding on an existing cable and hanging in the air.
The worker hung four meters off the road, nearly reaching the height of average trucks, a dangerous place for a worker to be.
The other workers seemed to be aware of the potential danger and helped direct cars away from the lane. However, they did so without any protective gear, or place a warning sign on the expressway.
Soon after, police forced the two workers to stop and brought them to a safe area.
