Creamy Tuna Pasta Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion 
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 1/2 cups fresh milk
200 grams fettuccine, cooked according to package directions
300 grams canned tuna, drained and flaked
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1/2 cup canned corn kernels
100 grams potato chips, broken into medium pieces

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 365 degrees fahrenheit.
  2.  In a medium saucepan, heat butter until hot and melted. Add celery and onions: cook until tender.
  3. Stir in flour, mustard, and pepper. Add milk; stir until thickened and smooth.
  4. Gently fold in cooked fettuccine, tuna, bell peppers, and corn. Mix well, then transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with potato chips. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Let stand for about 5 minutes before serving.
