3. Eat 4 hours by fasting for 20 hours
If you take the window to eat this, it is time for you to eat more and more narrow. For example if you start eating 2pm, then you are only allowed to eat until 6 nights only. 4. Fasting For 24 hours
This may only be done by a trained professional hehehe. Here you are only allowed to eat once in 24 hours. Any hour and eat anything. But that does not mean you should be greedy and eat breakfast or calorie drinks during fasting, but eat naturally. The rest you shall fast.
