Dhaba Gram Dal

Ingredients

  • Gram Dal 250g
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Minced red chili 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric ½ teaspoon
  • Spinach 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil ½ cup

    Method of cooking

    First of all soaked the Gram dal for 3 hours. Then washed it with clean water.

    Then add it in a pot, and add salt, crumbled red chilies, turmeric powder, and spinach and then covered the pot for 45 mints, and cooked it well.

    Then on the other hand, take another pan and add some oil in it and then add garlic paste and chilies and fired it well and then spread this on the gram dal cooked well, and oil in the gram dal become visible and green chili is spread over it for garnishing.
