Bouncer Chronicles spotted actor Leonardo DiCaprio and rapper Q-Tip partying last Saturday night at the Meatpacking hot-spot Up&Down. Leo was at the club with the A Tribe Called Quest singer and a small group of friends.

A cute blonde was celebrating her birthday at a nearby table and fell into DiCaprio's area. According to a source he wished her happy birthday, but when asked to pose for a photo he responded "sorry not tonight."
