Drink water only

Unless you are a pro athlete, water is the only fluid your body needs. Especially if you are trying to loose weight. Forget about all these fruit juices and energy drinks etc.
Most of them have too much sugar and caffine in them anyway.
Try sticking to water only for a month and see the change. Of course you may want to drink something a little more tasty every now and then. But water should be 90%.

Lay off the alcohol for a while too due to the high sugar content. Even in the morning your first drink should be water.
