Got my driver's license renewed today and here are the steps on how I did it:

1. Secure form from front desk or information area

2. Fill up form and proceed to Medical Examination and Drug Testing Area

Note: This is located in 2nd Floor of the LTO Bldg in Talisay City Cebu

3. Secure another form for Medical Examination and Drug Testing from Reception Area

4. Fill up the form and submit it back to Reception Area

5. Wait for your name to be called and proceed to cashier and pay PHP 400 fee

6. Submit urine sample to the cashier after payment

7. Wait for your name to be called for your turn for the physical examination

8. Wait again for your name to be called for picture taking and biometric scanning

Note: I am not sure how they order the forms inside because there is someone who came later (1 hour more or less) than me that was called first.

9. Wait for your name to be called and get the results from Reception Area and proceed back to Ground floor at Information Area

10. Submit the form and results for Evaluation at Window 2.

11. Proceed to Window 1 for Picture taking and digital signature

Note: Sometimes they will not instruct you what to do next. Most of the time, they will just forward the forms by themselves so you just wait for your name to be called for the next step.

12. Proceed to Window 5 for Payment of the following:
