Eagle Nebula Tower - Messier 16
Located 7000 light years in the constellation of the Serpent, the Eagle Nebula is a kind of "maternal ward" of this part of our galaxy. Picture shows the "tower" nebula and you will be surprised to know that it has a height of 10 light years.
