Early Rising

Early rising is good for our health and it is best for our work . Late rising is not a good habit.. I have not always been a early riser but now i have early riser . I am get up at 4 am and first I go to the mosque and offer the Fajar prayer . After this I go to the home and take a bath after the bath i wear a trouser and go for a running . After running i also do the push up . 

 Early rising is not only good for health but Allah tala is also happy from us ... When i am not early rise i am so bored and disturbed . Early rising keep us fresh and healthy ..

Hazrat Ali (R.A) also said about the early riser that is 

''Subha ki nend insaan ka iradon ko kmzor krti hay .. manzilon ko hasil krnay walay kbi dair tak soya nai krtay ...

Early rising is a good habit and morning walk is also good for our health...
