Eating fish is not always safe

Posted on at

We like eating fish because it's good for our over-all health. It helps to lower the rates of heart disease, stroke, depression, Alzheimer's and many other diseases.

But eating fish is not always safe, we can get the health benefits only if we cook it right. Only through baking and broiling fish can we get those benefits, but not by frying. Fried fish is not always healthy as it takes oil.

I usually fry fish, I want it floured and crispy and eat it with dipping sauce mixed with lemon or vinegar, garlic, chilli and fish sauce plus hot rice.

I may change how to cook fish next time because these diseases scare me. I also noticed that using oil and re-using oil isn't healthy at all. I can still eat fried fish sometimes, but should be very minimal.
