Ingredients:


- 1 can of fruit cocktail
- 1 can of tjin tjao (grass jelly)
- 1 can of young coconut
- rose syrup
- thick santen or condensed milk
- shaved ice

Instructions:

Scrape a block of ice with an ice slicer, or stamp regular ice cubes very fine. Cut the Tjin tjao into small cubes. Take beautiful glass bottom and put fruit, which blocks Tjin tjao and some young coconut. Put a few tbsp of shaved ice. Pour a dash of rose syrup and then a dash santen or condensed milk. If necessary, fill with cold water to shaved ice under state. Serve immediately, at the table by stirring with a (sherbet) spoon.
