Exercise; Benefits of Exercise

Friends our world’s population is getting higher day by day. Everybody wants to live long, live strong, everybody wants to set more, get more and everybody wants happy mood and look good. So everybody has to make efforts to achieve all these wishes. But according to me here is a simple and easy solution to fulfill maximum of these. I say it Exercise. Today I want to write about Exercise and the benefits of taking exercise.

What is exercise?

Exercise is defined as a regular working of an individual for the aim to achieve better health, good mood and more strength.

When a person begin exercise in his daily routine everyday he gets a good defense against all those vectors responsible for diseases hence his health becomes better day by day.

When exercise takes place daily it causes development of all those factors responsible for a comfortable and happy mood.

When exercise becomes a daily routine it helps in providing and bringing required power for your entire body. It’s muscles, bones and whole skeleton leading to development of more strength and stamina.

Types of exercise

There are three types of exercise given below:

A.Some exercises are good for your Cardiovascular activities. For example walking, jogging, running, playing etc and this group is known as Aerobic exercises.

B.Some exercises are good for your muscles and overall strength. For example weight lifting etc and this group is called Anerobic exercises.

C.Some exercises are suitable for your entire body while running, working and for immediate physical response. For example for stretching and shortening of muscles and joints. This group is said as flexibility exercises.

Well actually there are many exercises but let me tell you the overall benefits of being engaged in regular physical activity or exercises.

1.Exercise reduces stress

Besides regular exercise when ever you feel that it is a rough day because of some unusual routine, work or happenings in your office, college or home. Just take a few minutes relax yourself and then start a physical activity for about half an hour or minimum 20 minutes.

You will notice that after accomplishing that activity you will be least stressed and more active but a regular activity can fully eliminate stress and make you happier and comfortable than before. This is because exercise adds to the concentrations of Norepinephrin (a chemical which has the ability to handle and moderate our brain’s response to stress). 2.Exercise creates more happiness

When a person smiles or takes exercise, his muscles get engaged into movement which releases Endorphins (Chemicals responsible for happiness). That’s why you smile in a happy mood and smiling also releases Endorphins so keep smiling.

These endorphins and thus your exercise are against depression and anxiety. If you are taking antidepressant pills, leave them ant try to take exercise because it is better in response to pills with zero side effects. A Gym is a good place for workout but if you have less time or money to join a Gym don’t you worry. A regular exercise in your house is also preferable to achieve positive results.

3.Exercises build and boost self-confidence

When you start jogging in the park, hiking to mountains or joining a gym, there are many other people with same purpose in your surroundings.

Because of same aims chit chat, interactions and relations getting started among all people which leads to learning and higher levels of self-confidence. Exercise is too good to relax yourself by the activation of those beneficial chemicals giving you happy mode and increased self-esteem. You will also be attractive for others if you  continuoes regular physical activities. 4.Exercise makes brainpower

Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises are also well known for their ability to make new cells in the brain(aka. Neurogenesis). The overall ability of brain increase when the skills of observation, thinking,  learning and decision making gets improve.

5.Exercise is good against addiction

Many people are imprisoned in the pleasure of drugs and other short term pleasure activities after reaching puberty. All of these pleasures actually have long term side effects.

Exercise is a better solution for the recovery. Small sessions are suitable in the beginning of the rehabilitation process and with the passage of time, time and sessions should be increase or you can follow STMS (Short Time Many Session) or LTFS (Long Time Few Sessions) procedures depending on the condition of the addicts. Many of them say that they cannot fall asleep without having the pleasure. Even at this stage exercise is proven better for them. 6.Exercise helps to done well

In the days of more work load, extra work, unusual tasking, wedding ceremonies and any other event’s preparations you  must need to exercise properly to make you able to do everything nicely. At the night when you feel more stressed or tired, avoid using sleeping pills because a workout for about half an hour is a good alternative of pills. Proper workout can awake your senses of creativity and you will be able to do every task with more creative ideas, so nothing will be away from your approach.

All those people who takes exercise on daily basis looks and proved more creative and productive than those who takes exercise with interval of days or those who considers exercise less important in their lives.

7.Exercise makes you to inspire others

Many people are multi-talented. For all of those exercise is a great trick to enhance their talent more and more and exercise is also a clue for all of those who wants to compete those of higher levels and skills. Whether it is football, cricket, gymnastic, running, indoor games like chess etc or a speech in college, one can add more to his skills by the help of regular exercise. Every field has some competitors who has the thirst to do best before others.

For all of them it is necessary to take on regular basis. By doing this they can make them able to inspire others in every field everywhere.

Balanced Diet plan

When ever you want to begin exercise or any fitness plan  make sure you should have a well balanced diet plan before starting.  It will improve your overall health ,reduce stress, defeat diseases, boost stamina  and then you will can easily achieve positive results

 

Take food which suits your health the most. Foods rich in vitamin B(proper brain functioning, nervous system health etc) from cereal grains, nuts, peas etc should be consumed. Foods rich in vitamin C (vitamin C is good against immune system deficiencies,  cardiovascular diseases, eye diseases and skin wrinkling) are good against stress which effects your stamina. Stop use of alcohol, smoking and any other drug because they break your stamina to pieces. Decrease use of  caffeine, sugar and fast food. Diet consumption should be on same time every day.
