Feeling depressed

When you are depressed you do not think right. You are in a very low place in your life.
Most of your thinking is in your head and you are not thinking right.
You start to feel emotionally drained and you loss interest in everything. You start to think different in the wrong way. You start to not sleep right or you just want to sleep all the time. Your eating habits start to change to.
You need to seek out help if you get depressed and you start to feel even worse. Some people will kill themselves. So if you know someone that is depressed. You need to help them. You need to help them right away.
