FIBA WORLD CUP 2014 TEAM PREVIEW - PHILIPPINES

With the recent 2nd place finish in the FIBA Asia held in Manila, Philippines, Gilas Pilipinas climb 11 up in the ranking and will join Croatia, Greece, Argentina, Puerto Rico, and Senegal in Group B. Acquiring the service of naturalized Brooklyn Nets center Andray Blatche who replaces Marcus Douthit will be the key in offense and defense of the team. Supporting cast will be the best point guard of Asia Jayson William (but currently in the injured lists and uncertain to play after their tune up game), Ranidel de Ocampo,  Gabe Norwood and Jimmy Alapag. With their long disappearance in the tournament, Team Philippines will prove that they are still one of the best in the World showing right motivation and heart.  Below are the players of Team Gilas Pilipinas:
