Filipino Style Baby Back Ribs

INGREDIENTS:

  • a rack of baby back ribs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mang Tomas
  • 5 calamansi juice
  • 5 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 laurel leaves
  • 3-4 Tbsp Banana Catsup
  • 2 cups water (depends on the tenderness of the ribs)


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook until tender.
  2. Thicken the sauce and coat over the ribs.
  3. Place on Breville Griller or Charcoal grill to char the meat for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
