While there has been much speculation that the $100 million-plus real estate market could be struggling amid global economic uncertainty, this has not deterred some sellers from putting nine-figure price tags on their homes. Here, we take a look at the five most expensive properties currently being advertised on Mansion Global:

Holmby Hills, Los Angeles

Price: $150 million

Bedrooms: 10

Bathrooms: 20

This newly built home is set on the grounds of the former Mon Reve Estate on Carolwood Drive, once home to Barbra Streisand. It has three swimming pools, a private hiking trail and parking for 50 cars inside the property plus a 10-car garage.

East Hamptons, New York

Price: $140 million

Bedrooms: 10

Bathrooms: 11.5

Built in the Georgian-Revival style, the 10,000-square-foot main house includes six bedrooms, a three-story great room and a chef’s kitchen. It also has a 3,500-square-feet four-bedroom guesthouse.

Beverly Hills, Los Angeles

Price: $135 million

Bedrooms: 7

Bathrooms: 10

Set atop a promontory in Beverly Hills’ Trousdale Estates, the 2½-acre property features sweeping views of Los Angeles. The home’s previous owner was the comedian Danny Thomas.

Montecito, California

Price: $125 million

Bedrooms: 12

Bathrooms: 11.5

Known as Rancho San Carlos, this Monterey colonial-style manor sits on 237 acres. At more than 29,400-square-feet, the main residence has at least 30 rooms, with the formal living areas built around a central courtyard.
