It is a beautiful village where the people are very happy. Most of the people live in a hut in this village and their job is cultivation. As the seasonal rain is good, their cultivation is also good. They get a high profit in farming… This situation is gradually changed as rain failed to shower for more than two years. People suffered to tackle their basic needs. They think of earning money in some other ways. They commuted from their village to various places and earned money

This situation is gradually changed as rain failed to shower for more than two years. People suffered to tackle their basic needs. They think of earning money in some other ways. They commuted from their village to various places and earned money.A year passed…. Their parents decided to arrange marriage for them. They selected the brides from the same village and arranged marriage for them. Those two friends are married and lead a happy life.Some years passed… one of two has three children and another has two children. They help each other and now they are in need of more money. Although they struggle a lot, they could not earn much. They felt unhappy and a gap left between their relationships.

One night, when they are on the way to their village, they discuss about their income and liabilities. They clash with each other. Suddenly one of two friends murdered another, took the money from him and disposed his body to the shrubs at a distance from the roadside. 

While he is on the way to his home, a lot of things reeled at his mind. He remembers the last words of his friend that he spelt at the time of his death. The words are“This full moon will be a witness for your murder”.

                                                                 

He reached his home and he did not speak anything to anyone of his family and went to bed immediately even without taking food. Next day when his friend’s wife asked about his husband, he replied that he doesn’t know anything. 

       Everyone in the village worried a lot and enquired him about his friend’s missing. He told that his friend had a brawl and left him without saying anything. His friend’s wife and his children became an orphan. A Long after, one time his wife served him food in the open courtyard. While he is at supper, he is supposed to look at the full moon. At that time he remembered his friend’s words and laughed. His wife inquired him the reason to laugh. He replied his wife that this full moon will never come and betray him about his murder.

His wife understood that her husband had murdered his friend. She came to this conclusion as her husband brought double the amount on the day when his friend is not arrived than he brought usually.  She felt ashamed of her husband’s attitude and she could not tolerate. At last she decided to kill her husband. She mixed poison with food and served him.She has taken care of her husband’s friend’s wife and children. Those two intimate friend’s wives became close friends. They started their journey to earn money for their children.
